Article 1 - Definitions
The terms will be defined according to the following definitions:
"Application": the Paris Mystères application and all its pages and screens
"Product": digital content or service that can be purchased or subscribed by an in-app purchase in the app
"Editor": The person, moral or physical, responsible for the edition and the content of the application
"User": The mobile user visiting and using the application
"Customer": The user making a product purchase in the application
"Store": The online application download platform used by the publisher to publish the application, and used by the user to download the application

Article 2 - Statements imposed by the law of confidence in the digital economy and subject of the application
The present application is edited by Pierre Layet, a micro company registered with the RCS of Paris under number 844 471 607.

Information concerning the collection and processing of personal data (policy and declaration) is provided in the personal data charter of the application.

The application Paris Mystères aims to discover places by solving puzzles received by notifications based, in other, on the geographical location of the user. To work, the application requires access to an Internet connection and more broadly access to geolocation data.

The use of the application assumes the acceptance by the user of the entirety of these terms and conditions, which he recognizes the same fact to have fully understood.
This acceptance will be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature on the part of the user. The user recognizes the proof value of the automatic registration systems of the publisher of the application and, except for him to provide evidence to the contrary, he waives the challenge in case of dispute.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions assumes that users have the necessary legal capacity for this. If the user is a minor or does not have this legal capacity, he declares to have the authorization of a guardian, a curator or his legal representative.

Article 3 - Characteristics of the proposed products
Paris Mystères is an application of discovery, in the form of course and solving puzzles.

Article 4 - Rates
The publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price listed in the application on the day of purchase will be the only applicable to the buyer.

Article 5 - Intellectual property rights relating to the elements of the application
The elements present in the application are the property of the company Pierre Layet.

Article 6 - Personal data
Personal data is data that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person.
The company undertakes not to use the collected data for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
It also undertakes to respect the retention period of the data according to their purpose and to archive or destroy them in accordance with the CNIL requirements.

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended in 2004 relating to data, files and freedoms, any User has a right of access, opposition of modification,

Article 7 - Access to the application via Internet connection
The responsibility of the publisher can not be engaged because of a technical unavailability of the connection,
that it is due in particular to a case of absolute necessity, a maintenance, an update, a modification, an intervention of the host,
internal or external strike, network failure, power failure, or improper configuration or use of the user's device.

Article 8 - Applicable law and mediation
These Terms of Use are subject to French law which determines, on a case by case basis, the applicable law.
In the absence of any imperative provision to the contrary or in the presence of a choice in the determination of the applicable law, the French law will be applied.

Any disputes that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation, acceptance and execution of the present, whatever the place of consultation,
underwriting or settlement will be subject to an amicable settlement that the parties undertake to seek.
Failure to do so within a period of (3) months, the courts of Paris will be competent even in case of warranty, multiple defendants,
emergency or precautionary procedures, interlocutory proceedings or on request.

Article 9 - Payment Information
The user can get the free application on the blinds.
The app includes in-app purchases, with all app features available after purchase.
Your payment information remains at your sole discretion.

Article 10 - Geolocation
In accordance with Article L. 34-1-V of the Post and Electronic Communications Code, the application collecting location data,
it must allow the user to express his agreement during the installation and modify this choice later.
The use of the geolocation feature of the application requires the prior express consent of the user to be geolocated.

For this the user will have to activate, if he wishes, the function of geolocation directly in the settings of his mobile terminal and accept that the application can use it.
This feature can, at any time, and at no cost, be disabled or enabled. Thanks to the acceptance of GPS geolocation function of the device and the application,
the following services are offered to the user: push notifications.
The device then calculates its own position.
